The POS Foundation which was established in 2005 by its Founder and Executive Director, Mr. Jonathan Osei Owusu, and is duly registered and certified under the laws of Ghana with recognition from various Ministries, Departments and Agencies in Ghana as well as Development Corporations and various Embassies/High Commissions.
With an outstanding track record of successful activities, through its dedicated staff and volunteers, the foundation has strategically positioned itself as one of the leading CSOs in Ghana in the area of Access to Justice, Human Rights Advocacy, Policy Reforms and currently serves as the secretariat for the Ghana Human Rights NGOs Forum as well as Convener for Civil Society Platform on the UN Universal Periodic Review in Ghana.
